The service
MUPAS Worldwide provides the portal, the mobile app, MUPAS devices and the services described on the store: recording and viewing instrument data, keeping your own record of your experiences, community boards, peer support and AI answers drawn from your records. It is for research and informational purposes.
Not medical, not clinical
Nothing on this service is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Peer support is support from a trained peer, not therapy. AI answers are generated from records and can be wrong. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number - the crisis line shown in the portal names it for your region.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. One account per person. MUPAS may disable an account that breaks these terms or the community guidelines; you keep the right to a copy of what you recorded.
Payments
Prices are shown on the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; prepaid terms end at their end date and do not renew. If you enrolled in the earlier MUPAS study, your billing is set out in that enrollment agreement. AI credits are used as shown on the button before each question or report, and charged when an answer is delivered.
What you write
What you record stays yours. By posting on a public board or sharing a device you allow other members to see it. By taking part you allow your entries, kept without your name, to be used in MUPAS's research records as the privacy notice describes.
Devices
Devices bought from the store are yours. Devices issued under the earlier study enrollment are covered by that agreement, including their return.
Changes
We will show the date of the current version here and tell members of material changes by email.
